Joseph Bullard

Joseph Bullard has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Joseph started their career as a Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology in April 2013, where they worked until March 2015. Following this, Joseph joined Silicon Studio as a Data Science Intern from March 2015 to July 2015.

In 2015, Joseph joined Cogent Labs, where they worked in various roles over the years. Joseph began as a Software Engineer in September 2015 and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in May 2020. In May 2021, Joseph was further promoted to Principal Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering Department at Cogent Labs since May 2022.

Joseph Bullard has a Master's Degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics at the same institution from 2009 to 2013.
