Sergiu Batog

Sergiu Batog is currently working as the Senior Director of Investments and Asset Management at COGIR Real Estate. Prior to that, Sergiu held roles as an Analyst at MFCI Capital and as a Senior Investment Accountant at State Street. Sergiu has experience in analyzing financial statements, managing real estate risk and return, and providing clients with advice on financing conditions. Sergiu also has a background in managing teams, problem-solving, and customer service from their time as a Shift Supervisor at 3 Brewers Canada. Sergiu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from UBC Sauder School of Business.
