David Chandler

David Chandler has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. David began their career in 2003 as a Database Administrator at Democracy Data & Communication, L.L.C. In 2004, they moved to SAIC as a Technical Lead and Database Architect. In 2006, they joined SRA, a CSRA company, as a Delivery Manager and Business Intelligence Solution Lead. David was the recipient of the Project of Year award in 2010 for Cognos based national support system development and implementation. In 2012, they co-founded IM3 Mobile as Co-Founder of an Internet of Things consumer analytics platform leading Product Development, GTM Strategy, business development and sales efforts. David successfully closed target accounts within the beauty and health sectors highlighted by development of the award-winning Flirt Flashes product line for Este-Lauder Companies. In 2020, they joined GovernmentCIO as Vice President of Growth and currently serves as Senior Vice President Growth at Cogitativo since 2022.

David Chandler completed their MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2013, where they studied Analytical Finance and Quantitative Marketing. David received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from Bowie State University between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they studied Computer Engineering at The George Washington University from 1998 to 2000.
