Lauren Mottley

Lauren Mottley is the Director of Insights at Cogito. Lauren has over a decade of experience in data analytics and management. Lauren started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate - Data Management. Lauren then moved to Constant Contact as a Data Warehouse Business Systems Analyst. In this role, they partnered with cross-functional business stakeholders and leadership to develop KPIs, reporting, and analysis tied to strategic initiatives. Lauren was then recruited by PwC as a Manager, Advanced Risk & Compliance Analytics. In this role, they drove business expansion through customized analytics solution development and relationship building. Lauren then joined Cogito Corp as the Director of Insights. In this role, they are responsible for leading the insights team and providing data-driven insights to help drive the company's business strategy.

Lauren Mottley has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University in Computer Information Systems. Lauren also has certification from LinkedIn in Teaching Civility in the Workplace, from VCU Center for Corporate Education in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, and from Cogito Corp in Cogito Certified Professional - Cogitian Level 1.
