Avraham Weiss has over 15 years of work experience in the field of computer vision. From 2016 to present, they have been the Director of Computer Vision at Cognata Ltd. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Project Manager, Algorithm Engineer and Android Developer at ChessVision, responsible for developing an Android application in the field of computer vision, chess-game analysis. From 2006 to 2014, they were the Algorithm Engineer, C++ Developer and Integration at ProTrack Ltd., where they implemented and developed video analysis algorithms such as motion detection, object classification and tracking. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Bioinformatics Researcher at Hadassa Medical Centers the Hebrew University Jerusalem, where they performed both lab work and in-silico analysis of experimental results by various computational and statistical approaches.
Avraham Weiss received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2004. Avraham then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Bioninformatics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2006.
