Dana Ezra

Dana Ezra has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. Dana began their career as an HR Recruiter for Hunters- placement Company for Hi-Tech in 2008. In 2009, they moved to E4D Solutions LTD as an HR Manager, where they provided professional support and HR consulting to managers and employees. In 2015, they began working for both TigerText as an HR Manager (Israel) and AmplioSpeech as an HR & Business Operation Manager. Dana then moved to Compedia in 2017 as Head of HR, and in 2020 they were an HR Consultant for SkillReal - Digital Twins for Industrial Manufacturing. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Global Head of People & Culture at EarlySense, transforming monitoring across the care continuum. Dana will begin their next role as Human Resources Director at Cognata Ltd in 2022.

Dana Ezra completed a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University between 2004 and 2007. Dana then earned a Master's Degree in Negotiation Management & Conflict Resolution from Bar-Ilan University between 2008 and 2010. In 2013, they completed a course in Labor Law at Tel Aviv University.
