Jessie Hsu has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and research. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Student - Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where they developed illumination normalization algorithms for face recognition software modules. In 2008, they worked as an R&D Intern at GE Global Research. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Researcher at Industrial Technology Research Institute. In 2013, they joined Cognex Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Principal Software Engineer in 2017. They have a strong background in software development and research.

Jessie Hsu has a strong background in Electrical Engineering. Jessie completed their PhD in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University from 2003 to 2009.
