Lavanya Manohar

Lavanya Manohar has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2016 onwards, they worked at Cognex Corporation, starting as a Senior Manager of Product and progressing to roles such as Director of Product, Senior Director of Product, and Vice President of Product. In these positions, they were responsible for designing, developing, launching, and scaling products for industrial machine vision with a focus on technologies such as 2D Vision, 3D Vision, Barcode Reading, and Deep Learning. Prior to their time at Cognex Corporation, Lavanya worked as an Engagement Manager at Booz & Company from 2011 to 2016. Lavanya also had a brief stint as a Summer Associate at Acumen Fund in 2011. Earlier in their career, Lavanya held the position of Assistant Manager, Operations at ITC Limited from 2006 to 2009.

Lavanya Manohar holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, spanning from 2002 to 2006.
