Bartek Brejski

Bartek Brejski has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Bartek is currently serving as the Business Unit Manager at Cognibotics, where they oversee Motion Precision, a technology that enhances robots' absolute and motion accuracy through elasto-kinematic calibration and motion compensation. Prior to this, Bartek worked at Avalon Innovation as the Business Director South from September 2019 to January 2022 and as the Regional Manager from May 2017 to August 2019.

Before their tenure at Avalon Innovation, Bartek held the position of Manager Mechanical Engineering at Eltech Automation AB. During their time there, they successfully established and managed the Mechanical Engineering department, leading a team of six skilled mechanical design engineers. Bartek contributed to various complex projects that involved automation and mechanical design, receiving positive feedback from customers.

Additionally, Bartek worked at Avalon Innovation as a Project Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer from October 2008 to June 2014. Bartek provided consultancy services to Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions AB, where they led several PLC activities, including sealing improvement using new induction heating technology and gas insertion in packaging for headspace. Bartek was also a core team member responsible for capital equipment in the Infinity project.

At the beginning of their career, Bartek worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Åhmans i Åhus AB. Bartek'sresponsibilities included mechanical design, development, and manufacturing preparations for customer-made elevator cars and linings. Bartek was also in charge of the company's Product Configurator and CAD system and involved in Lean Production and corporate standards projects.
