Bernard Rochette

Me Bernard Rochette, lawyer, MBA is Vice-President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel of the RCGT Group and has been practicing within our company since July 2009. Me Rochette works in close collaboration with the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as with the other vice-presidents of the company. The latter is responsible for all of the company's legal issues and takes part in discussions, particularly strategic ones, with members of management. He is also corporate secretary of the Council of Partners and of the other committees set up in accordance with the Company Agreement for Partners of the company. Holder of several university degrees, including a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in business administration (MBA), Me Rochette has extensive professional experience having practiced as head of legal affairs for several large Quebec companies including The Jean Coutu Group. (PJC) inc. and Videotron Télécom Ltée.
