Julia Perrone Pivato

Julia Perrone Pivato has a diverse work experience. Julia started their career in 2019 as an intern at the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research (HIIK). In 2020, they worked as a student assistant at the University of Mannheim. In 2021, they took on the role of oGV Team Leader (Sales) at AIESEC. Later that year, they joined SAP as a Working Student in the Industry Division Automotive (Customer Success Services), where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Representative EMEA at Cognigy.

Julia Perrone Pivato received their Bachelor's degree in Politikwissenschaft & Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim, where they studied from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Heidelberg University from 2018 to 2019, where they completed the Studienkolleg (Abitur) - Internationales Studienzentrum with a focus on S-Kurs & Propädeutikum. In addition to their formal education, Julia also obtained certifications from Cognigy and LinkedIn in September 2022. Julia completed the Cognigy.AI Foundation Course at Cognigy Academy and also received certification in Managing a Customer Contact Center through LinkedIn.
