Amanda Hilgers

Amanda Hilgers has over 20 years of professional experience in the retail industry. Amanda began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Buyer at Kohl's Department Stores. In 2005, they joined Accenture as an Analyst, then Consultant, and then Manager of Retail Consulting. In 2011, they moved to Macy's as a Manager of Business Process Design. In 2012, they returned to McKesson as Senior Manager of Change Leadership and Director of User Adoption and Sustainment. In 2017, they became a Freelance Consultant for Ascent Consulting, Inc. and in 2020, they joined Cognira as VP of Client Engagement and Delivery and Senior Director of Client Engagement & Delivery and Senior Director of Product Management.

Amanda Hilgers obtained their MBA in International Business from Marquette University between 2002 and 2004. Amanda obtained their BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1995 and 1999.
