Jonas Lin

Jonas Lin, CFA, currently serves as Associate Director of M&A at Cognita Schools, where responsibilities include M&A origination, investment appraisal, financial modeling, and execution of K-12 assets globally since November 2019. Previously, Jonas held a role in M&A at PSA International Pte Ltd from April 2018 to November 2019, focusing on business development, investment appraisal, and deal execution for logistics assets in the Middle East and South Asia region. Jonas' career began at PwC Singapore, where, from July 2012 to September 2017, advisory roles included buyside and sellside support, financial modeling, strategy development, due diligence, and transaction documentation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy with a focus on Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, complemented by coursework in Management, Finance, and Accountancy at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
