Anne Roland

Anne Roland has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Anne'smost recent position was as a Senior Director Executive Sales at Cognite AS, where they were responsible for delivering industrial DataOps and providing instant access to contextualized data. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Be Your Best™, where they developed and sold a game-based software concept for cognitive and mental performance training of soccer players.

Earlier in their career, Anne held various roles at Cxense, including General Manager EMEA and VP of Sales and Customer Success EMEA, where they focused on business development and sales in Europe to premium publishers. Anne also worked at Meltwater, where they held multiple positions such as Area Director Client Success Sweden & Finland, Area Director Nordics and UK, Business Development Meltwater Press, Area Director Norway Denmark, and Managing Director. In these roles, they were responsible for client portfolio growth, sales strategy, recruitment, team building, and achieving sales growth.

Throughout their career, Anne has demonstrated strong results in sales and management, achieving over 100% sales growth in certain positions and reducing client churn by over 50%. Anne has also been involved in product development, market strategy, and implementation of sales methodologies.

Anne Roland attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Siviløkonomstudiet. Anne'sfocus of study was in the field of Strategi og Ledelse.
