Audun Skaugen

Audun Skaugen has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and research. Audun started working at CERN in 2011 as a Technical Student. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at the Meteorologisk institutt. Later that year, they joined Universitetet i Oslo as a Researcher and PhD student, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Tampere University as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Currently, they are employed at Cognite, where they started as a Software Engineer II in 2021 and has been promoted to Senior Software Engineer in January 2022.

Audun Skaugen pursued their education at the University of Oslo (UiO). Audun obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from 2008 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from 2014 to 2018.
