Helene Lundgaard

Helene Lundgaard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Helene is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Global Talent Acquisition Team at Cognite, an international scale-up SaaS company focused on transforming traditional heavy asset industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Consultant at The Assessment Company AS, where they specialized in identifying competency gaps and development needs for employees and organizations. Helene also worked as a Researcher at Capus AS, a competence house within HR, where they delivered flexible and effective solutions in recruitment and project staffing. Helene has previous experience in the banking sector, having held the position of Fagkonsulent Antihvitvask (AML) at SpareBank 1 Østlandet and Kundekonsulent at DNB. Helene began their professional career as a Pleie- og omsorgsassistent at Norges Røde Kors and as a Vertinne at Olivia Restaurant Lounge. Before that, they worked as a Tennistrener at Njård Tennis. Overall, Helene Lundgaard has a wide range of experience in talent acquisition, business consulting, research, and customer service roles.

Helene Lundgaard began their education at Ullern Vgs from 2009 to 2012, where they studied allmennfag. Helene then attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2012 to 2015 and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Økonomi og Administrasjon. In 2014, Helene went to Tilburg University for a bachelor exchange program. Helene returned to the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a Master's degree in økonomi og administrasjon with a major in Strategi og Ledelse. During their master's program, they also participated in an exchange program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2018. In terms of certifications, Helene obtained ACE and OPTO certifications from Master Management Norge AS in January 2021.
