Jan Krofta

Jan Krofta has extensive work experience in project management and controls systems design. From 2015 to the present, they have worked at Process Automation Solutions, where they started as a Controls Systems Hardware and Electro Designer and was later promoted to Project Manager and currently serves as the Head of Project Management Office. In these roles, they have been responsible for financial and accounting analysis, planning and forecasting, tracking project progress, and analyzing data to provide recommendations. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Jan worked at M+W Group as a Controls Systems Hardware and Electro Designer. Jan also has previous experience as an IT Technician and Mechanic at Elson s.r.o. for a brief period in 2009.

Jan Krofta earned their Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH) between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued the same degree from the Technical University of Liberec from 2010 to 2014.
