Kristin Janak

Kristin Janak has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Waterfront Lifeguard at the YMCA of Greater Williamson County. In 2019, they interned as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Flix Entertainment | Flix Brewhouse | Cinema Breweries, and later that year, they took on the role of Functional Competency Dev. Project- Team Leader at Texas A&M University. In 2020, they interned as a Human Resources Partner Intern at Amazon. In 2021, they became an Organization Dev. & Learning Technology Intern at Texas A&M University before joining Amazon as an HR Partner. Their last position was as a Human Resource Business Partner at Amazon. Currently, they are working at Cognite as a People & Organization Coordinator.

Kristin Janak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Kristin attended Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2021 and maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout their studies. Before that, they completed their high school education at Vista Ridge High School from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they earned a High School Diploma with a GPA of 3.8 and received an endorsement in Advanced Mathematics & Arts and Humanities.
