Rebecca Christiansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President of Partnership & Alliances at Cognite, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Portland Salt Co., a company specializing in artisan blended salt. Rebecca's entrepreneurial experience began in 2021, and they are still involved with the company.

Before their foray into entrepreneurship, Rebecca spent several years at Microsoft, where they held various roles. Rebecca started as a Senior Financial Analyst at Intel Corporation in 2006, before transitioning into a Commercial Business Development Manager role from 2010 to 2012. Rebecca then became a Sales Development Manager at Intel, overseeing the HP Account Team from 2012 to 2015.

Rebecca also has experience in the technology and sales sector from their time at Intel Corporation. Rebecca worked as a Channel Sales Executive on the HP Account Team at Microsoft from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Americas Azure IoT Sales Lead before transitioning into their most recent role as Director, Azure IoT Global Scale, WW Strategic Accounts from 2020 to March 2023. Throughout their career, Rebecca has focused on driving business growth, leveraging innovative technologies, and building strong partnerships.

Rebecca Christiansen completed their education at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA in Business Administration. Additionally, in June 2020, they obtained a certification from Microsoft, namely Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
