Deirdre Bertrand

Ms. Bertrand has served as Chief Operating Officer since March 2021. Previously, she was the EVP of Operations and Client Services from October 2016 through March 2021 and prior to that held various positions in the Business Development and Product Strategy groups. From 2000 to September 2003, Ms. Bertrand worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking division of Robertson Stephens and Jefferies & Co., where she helped companies in the specialty finance sector raise capital in public and private capital markets. Ms. Bertrand received a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College. She served on the Board of Directors of ELM Resources.
