Cognitiv leverages deep learning artificial intelligence to build custom algorithms that more accurately and efficiently predict consumer purchase behavior. Each marketer has a unique set of goals, which is why Cognitiv created NeuralMind, a deep learning platform capable of automatically building custom algorithms that simultaneously consider the user, the context, the message, and the campaign objectives. We combine deterministic data and advanced processing techniques to continuously train these algorithms as they optimize our clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs), predicting consumer behavior in order to autonomously drive full-funnel marketing performance at scale.

We are looking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team! As a Sales Engineer, you will be the primary technical resource for our sales team, responsible for understanding client needs, demonstrating the capabilities of our AdTech solutions, and driving successful sales outcomes through technical expertise and customer-centric guidance.   This position will be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our AdTech products and services, understanding their technical functionalities, capabilities, and implementation
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges
  • Translate sales and client needs into feasible solutions using our product offerings
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to potential clients, showcasing how our technology can address their specific needs and add value to their business
  • Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide insights and feedback from clients, contributing to the enhancement and development of new features or solutions
  • Provide post-sales technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of our product solutions
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, sales collateral, and training materials for the sales team, empowering them with the necessary knowledge to effectively position our products in the market
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business strategies and workflows. Develop and roll out best practices to accelerate product adoption and growth.
  • Represent our clients & Sales team and work with teams across Go-To-Market, Product Management and Engineering to influence product strategy, design, and prioritization.
  • Monitor industry trends and prioritize right solutions to scale and translated to fully automated product features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role within the AdTech industry
  • Strong understanding of advertising technology, digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and related concepts
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and work collaboratively across departments
  • Experience in selling AI products in Adtech and knowledge of how AI advancements are changing the adtech ecosystem.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, or Technical teams on time sensitive projects.

Salary

  • $140,000-$170,000 Base Salary + Equity
