Neil Pollock

Neil Pollock is a global business leader with almost 30 years’ experience in technology including: AI, cybersecurity, data centre and cloud technology and telecommunications across the globe.

An international citizen presently residing in Singapore, Neil has achieved success leading and growing businesses in both MNCs and smaller listed and unlisted early- stage companies. Having successfully filled C-level roles including Chief Executive, Chief Operating and Chief Revenue Officer, Neil’s responsibilities over the last ten years have included PnL accountability, organisation leadership, fund raising, strategy development, strategic sales and marketing and operations on a global scale.

Neil has held and presently holds senior executive and non-executive Board roles in Australia and Asia. He has built an extensive network of senior relationships across the world and currently consults to two of the world’s largest management consulting firms.

He is presently engaged as the Chief Executive Officer at an ASX-listed cybersecurity company leading the company’s global expansion strategy.

Prior to his current engagement, Neil was the Chief Executive Officer of Indian-based data centre and managed services company, Nxtra Data Limited, a business he built from the ground up to be a top three player in the hyper-competitive Indian data centre market. Nxtra Data Limited was recently valued at US$1.25Bn following a strategic investment by Carlyle Group.

He holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Melbourne University. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and his philanthropic activities are focussed on the education of under-privileged children and cancer research.
