Ashima Bhalla

Ashima Bhalla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and internal audit. Currently serving as Associate Director of M&A Cybersecurity, Due Diligence & IRM at Cognizant since January 2021, Ashima has previously held key positions including Internal Audit Leader at Leidos and IT Audit Senior Manager at Freddie Mac. Ashima began the career as a Senior IT Auditor at EY, contributing to a solid foundation in audit practices. Educationally, Ashima earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Information Systems from Virginia Tech in 2005, and holds certifications including CISA and ITIL.
