Cathy Fladeland

Cathy Fladeland is an experienced professional in client relationship management and sales leadership within the health and benefits sectors. Currently serving as Client Partner Director at Cognizant since June 2021, Cathy leads a team focused on managing and growing a diverse portfolio of 60 clients, achieving year-over-year double-digit sales growth. Previously, Cathy held the role of Regional Vice President of Sales at Truveris, a digital health company, where the focus was on enhancing pharmacy efficiency and affordability.
