Karen Hofmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and project management within the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as Program Lead for the Data+ Early Career Talent Program at Cognizant, Karen previously held significant roles such as Principal/Director of Analytics and Associate Principal in Life Science AI & Analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at marketRx, as well as positions as Senior Analyst and Analyst. Karen holds a Master of Science in Information and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Lehigh University.
