Kathleen O'Driscoll

Kathleen O'Driscoll is the current Vice President of Human Resources - Global Benefits at Cognizant. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits and global finance. Prior to their current role, they were the Vice President of Business Group on Health, where they oversaw the strategic direction and development of the Global Institute. Kathleen has also held senior HR positions at Honeywell and Seton Hall University.

Kathleen O'Driscoll has a Masters in Business - Human Resource Management from Seton Hall University and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.
