Rudy Rhoades

Rudy Rhoades is an experienced Client Relationship Manager at Cognizant since March 2014, overseeing an $11 million P&L and responsible for building client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing contract renewals. Rhoades has a strong background in operations and collections management, previously holding roles such as Collections Manager at State Department Federal Credit Union and Receivables Manager at Earthlink, where responsibilities included managing workflows, developing policies, and overseeing cash management operations. Rhoades also has experience in strategic collections management from roles at Sage Payment Solutions and America Online, Inc. Rhoades holds a BS in Finance/Accounting from the University of Baltimore and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
