Shridhar Kshirsagar

Shridhar Kshirsagar is a seasoned data professional specializing in generative AI and machine learning, with current experience as a Senior Data Scientist at Cognizant since October 2025. Previously, Shridhar served as a Generative AI Engineer at Citi, where efforts included designing advanced features for Conversational AI systems. In a short tenure at SoftStandard Solutions, Shridhar led the development of innovative machine learning models. Academic contributions were made as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Texas, where analysis and grading of student performance were conducted. Earlier roles included data scientist responsibilities at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on data quality improvements, and founding the Ideal Group of Computer Experts, a non-profit organization aimed at enhancing technology awareness in Maharashtra.
