Sreedevi Palit

Sreedevi Palit has over 17 years of experience at Cognizant, serving as the Director of Human Resources for India and leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Sreedevi's roles include designing and implementing D&I training programs, partnering with business leaders to regionalize global DEI programs, and managing Cognizant's flagship Global Women Leadership Development Program. Sreedevi's previous positions at Cognizant encompassed senior management in Learning and Development, focusing on leadership capabilities and cultural diversity. Prior to Cognizant, Sreedevi worked at the British Council as Operations Manager for Examinations Services, successfully managing British examinations in East India. Sreedevi holds an MBA in Marketing from Jadavpur University and two degrees in Botany from the University of Calcutta and Presidency University, Kolkata.
