Fred Hinds PMP, POPM has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at Cognosante since July 2007, focusing on the eHealth Exchange Hub project and supporting the Alabama One Health Record Health Information Exchange. Prior roles include IV&V Certification Manager and Senior Consultant/Project Manager, specializing in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) procurement and certification. Earlier positions were held at Unisys as Deputy Project Director for the West Virginia Medicaid Project and at ACS State Healthcare as Deputy Account Manager. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate from Florida State University, completed between 1985 and 1995.
