IT Operations Support at Cogo Systems

Matthew Yamamoto began their career in 2016 as an Insider at Domino's, where they were later promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Tutor for Project Reach Foundation. In 2018, they took on two roles as a Night Auditor/Front Desk for both the Redondo Pier Inn and the Gardena Terrace Inn. In 2020, they joined Cogo Systems, Inc. as an IT Operations Support, where they monitored automation operations and provided excellent customer service to operations labor and operations management. Matthew also reached out to respective departments and 3rd party businesses to make fixes in order to help the system operate correctly.

Matthew Yamamoto has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-Dominguez Hills, which they obtained between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended South Torrance high school from 2011 to 2015. Matthew is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at California State University-Dominguez Hills, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Matthew also has several certifications, including a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera in 2022, Intermediate SQL and Joining Data in SQL from DataCamp in 2021, Introduction to Data Engineering and several other Python-related certifications from DataCamp in 2020, Intermediate Python and Introduction to Python from DataCamp in 2018, Metalworking Skills (Drill Press Skills) from NIMS - National Institute for Metalworking Skills in 2012, and a TWIC Card from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in 2020.
