Khushbu Gupta

Khushbu Gupta, CFA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Khushbu is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at Cohen & Steers since November 2021. Prior to this, Khushbu worked at Allianz Global Investors for ten years, holding various roles including Director, Head of Product US and Director, Head of Product Development US. During their time at Allianz, they developed investment products across different asset classes, led the development and launch of performance fee based mutual funds, and conducted due diligence on acquisitions and team lift outs. Khushbu also served as the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Allianz, where they led strategic planning and implementation initiatives. Before joining Allianz, they worked as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Jaypee International Inc., where they successfully launched and managed their New York office and launched a US based hedge fund. Khushbu's career also includes experience as a Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where they led investment due diligence and strategic assessment projects, and as the Manager of Strategy and Business Development at Network18, where they completed the company's IPO. Khushbu began their career as an Information Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Khushbu Gupta, CFA has a strong educational background. In 2003, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies, where they specialized in Management and Finance. In 2006, they obtained their MBA degree from the Indian School of Business, focusing on Finance and Strategy. In 2014, Khushbu earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA.
