Lisa McDonald

Lisa McDonald has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa is currently serving as the Sr. Director of HR Operations at Cohere Health since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of HR Service Center at Celebrity Home Loans, LLC, where they implemented process improvements, partnered with internal resources, and led the HR team during an acquisition.

Lisa's career also includes leadership roles at Alvaria, Inc., where they served as the Sr. Director of Global HR Operations, Aspect Software as the Sr. Director of Global HR Operations, and Harvard University as an HR Generalist. Lisa began their career as an HR Assistant at Coca-Cola Enterprises and gained experience as a College Recruiter at Event Zero and General Dynamics.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, benefit management, process improvement, and acquisitions. Their experience spans various industries and showcases a strong track record of leadership and strategic contributions to HR functions.

Lisa McDonald obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources from Northeastern University between 1996 and 2001. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Employee Central Expert from SAP in 2018 and PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
