Samantha Roushan

Samantha Roushan has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Samantha currently holds the position of SVP, Clinical Transformation at Cohere Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at SORCE since 2020. Samantha has also served as a Mentor at Techstars since 2016. Samantha has had important roles at organizations such as SCAN Health Plan, Parsley Health, BCG Digital Ventures, Oshi Health, Continuum, and Medtronic Diabetes, where they held various managerial and leadership positions. Samantha began their career as a Product Development Associate at Capital IQ in 2006.

Samantha Roushan has an MBA in Healthcare Enterprise Management and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Samantha also has a Master of Engineering Management in Design from Northwestern University - McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Management from The Wharton School.
