Shivali Desai

Shivali Desai has a strong background in healthcare administration and program strategy. Shivali is currently working as a Senior Director of Clinical Transformation at Cohere Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held a position as a Senior Director of Program Design and Strategy at UnitedHealthcare from 2021 to 2023. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at HealthHelp as a Director of Program Strategy and Operations, where they were responsible for strategic planning, product development, and operations management for multiple clinical programs. Before that, they held several roles at Memorial Hermann Health System, including Business Operations Analyst and Infection Preventionist, where they improved financial performance and implemented infection control measures.
