Thadeo Salido

Thadeo Salido, M.D. M.B.A. FACHE has extensive experience in medical leadership and clinical strategy. Thadeo is currently Vice President/Medical Director- Clinical Strategy and Innovation at Cohere Health since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Medical Director from March 2019 to August 2022, where they were involved in utilization review/management, collaborative programs, and supporting efficient and effective patient care. Thadeo also served as a Medical Director at Premier Healthcare from May 2017 to April 2018, and as a Senior Medical Director of Utilization Management at Clover Health from February 2016 to April 2017. In addition, they have held various roles such as Physician Advisor, Internal Medicine Consultant, Hospital Medicine Specialist, and Post-Acute Care Hospitalist at different healthcare organizations. Dr. Salido's expertise includes utilization review and management, quality regulations, federal/CMS guidelines, and promoting cost-effective and appropriate patient care. Thadeo has also provided clinical education and support to medical professionals and case managers.

Thadeo Salido, M.D. M.B.A. FACHE has a comprehensive education history. Thadeo obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of the Philippines between 1989 and 1994. Later, they pursued their medical education at the University of the East, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine degree. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2012 to 2014. Thadeo also completed a medical program at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center between 2003 and 2006. Alongside their educational qualifications, they have obtained various certifications, including the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2016 and certifications in health informatics and healthcare leadership from reputable institutions such as AMIA and Cornell University.
