Ronald Dubois has extensive work experience in the field of software development and project management. Ronald currently works as a Scrum Master at Cohere Technology Group, where they lead a team of ten members in all Agile and Scrum ceremonies and procedures. Ronald is responsible for coordinating communication with the business owner and project manager to complete backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Prior to their current role, Ronald worked as a Scrum Master at General Dynamics Information Technology, where they also led a ten member team and oversaw the transition from two week sprints to one week.

Ronald's earlier experience includes working as a Software Integrator at IBM, where they maintained data integrity for DB2 and IMS databases for over 140 AT&T applications. Ronald also monitored MVS applications and analyzed software for repair or enhancement. Ronald interacted with internal and external customers to implement corrective actions.

Before IBM, Ronald served as a Software Consultant at DMR Consultants Inc, where they maintained data integrity for DB2 and IMS databases for billing applications. Ronald also monitored MVS applications and analyzed software for repair or enhancement and interacted with internal and external customers.

Ronald's career began at Sprint, where they worked as a Software Engineer III. Ronald created and maintained FTS2000 mainframe, Unix, and MAC based applications. Ronald had complete life cycle experience, including team lead responsibilities, and utilized Project Workbench to create project plans and scheduling.

Ronald started their professional journey at AT&T, where they worked as a Software Developer, Tester, and Implementation specialist.

Throughout their career, Ronald has gained expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, software integration, data integrity maintenance, and customer interactions.

Ronald Dubois holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer System Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Salisbury University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.

In addition to their formal education, Ronald has also obtained certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ronald became a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master in August 2020 through Scaled Agile, Inc., and obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification in December 2019, also from Scaled Agile, Inc.
