Aaron C.

Aaron C. started their work experience as the VP of Payment Systems at Orbis Development in 2001, where they established operations in Florida and managed domestic and international payment processing operations. Aaron then worked as a Digital Consultant, focusing on digital and e-commerce projects, including online payments, application development, and risk-fraud prevention.

In 2010, Aaron became the Chief Executive Officer at Data Forensics, where they established and managed a fixed term data analysis project and handled client relationships, business development, finance, and corporate activities.

From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Manager of Sportsbook Development at Betsson Group, where they transformed a monolithic architecture into a micro-service ecosystem and implemented agile processes and self-organized cross functional teams.

From 2015 to 2019, Aaron worked as the Head of Digital Development and Agile Enablement at Axa GO Philippines, where they founded the first digital teams in Asia, managed delivery and team management, and oversaw budgets and vendor engagements.

Currently, Aaron is the Managing Director Philippines at Coherent, leading the Manila Delivery Hub and managing the country operations, as well as being responsible for managing the team, deliveries, production support, and stakeholder and vendor management. Aaron is also involved in enterprise transformation, OKR, agility, and design thinking advocacy.

Aaron C. obtained an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education, completing their education from 2017 to 2020. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2017 and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in May 2014. They have also acquired various certifications in areas such as business implications of the Internet of Things, creating high velocity organizations, and strategies for sustainable business from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Further certifications include Leading for Creativity from IDEO U in June 2016 and Kanban Foundation from Lean Kanban University in 2014. Lastly, Aaron C. obtained the Coherent Spark Certified Business User certification from Coherent in July 2022.
