Amanda Fields, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Amanda currently serves as the Cincinnati Ambassador for InsurTech Ohio, a community focused on fostering innovation in the insurance industry. Prior to this, Amanda was the Managing Director for Property & Casualty at Coherent, where they introduced Coherent Spark to the market, an innovative solution enhancing efficiency and speed for insurance processes.

Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as a Senior Sales Executive at FIS. Amanda gained valuable experience at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where they held various roles including National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Account Manager. At LexisNexis, they collaborated with insurance carriers and MGAs to enhance productivity and streamline processes through data access and specialized underwriting solutions.

Before joining LexisNexis, Amanda accumulated extensive experience at American Modern Insurance Group in different positions, including Account Manager, Sales Support, Ameritrac Representative, and Supervisor of the OCR Verification Unit.

Amanda Fields, MBA, attended Eastern New Mexico University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cincinnati, where they received a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies degree in 2015 and an Associate of Applied Business degree in 2014.
