Pavel Novik

Pavel Novik has diverse work experience in the field of software development. Pavel started their career as a Co-Founder and Private Software Developer in 2011, where they focused on developing software for the gaming industry using various technologies. From 2016 to 2018, Pavel worked as a Development Team Lead at Alfa-Bank, leading projects related to lending and risk analysis. In 2018, they joined Social Discovery Ventures as a Software Engineer, followed by a role as a Technical Lead and Resource Manager at Coherent Solutions. In 2019, Pavel worked as a Software Trainer at IT Academy, where they taught developers modern technologies and provided mentoring during graduation projects. Pavel's experience is highlighted by team management, requirements analysis, architecture design, and implementation of solutions.

Pavel Novik completed their education at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. From 2012 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Subsequently, they pursued further studies and achieved a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the same university between 2017 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Pavel also obtained a certification in "AZ-303 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies" from Microsoft in November 2020.
