Petri Särkelä

Petri Särkelä is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business development across various high-tech industries. Currently serving as a Product Line Manager at Coherent Corp. since March 2023, Särkelä focuses on delivering cutting-edge products for the automotive and EV battery markets. Prior roles include Product Manager at Biomendex, where the focus was on innovative tissue regeneration solutions, and CEO and Co-Founder of Goodwiller Oy, which produced over 500,000 patented PROMILLESS-tests. Särkelä also has a strong background in strategic planning and technology management from previous positions at Nokia, where key contributions included enhancing feature management for smartphones. Särkelä holds an MBA in Technology Driven Business and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu.
