Karen Kotz

Karen Kotz has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Karen currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts at Coherus BioSciences since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pfizer for over 20 years, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, Key Account Management, and Cross-Portfolio Marketing in the Oncology division. During their time at Pfizer, they successfully launched several new oncology medicines and contributed to the significant growth of the US business from less than $1 billion to over $6 billion in annual revenues. Karen also served as a Regional Business Director at Warner Lambert before joining Pfizer.

Karen Kotz has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Virginia, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from UC Irvine.
