Chris Jaworski has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, they work as a Principal at Five Stakes, where they help organizations in hospitality, leisure, sports, and recreation strategize and launch their sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Chris served as a Corporate Director of Food, Beverage, and Customer Experience at COHO Services, where they collaborated across all organizational levels to strategize and execute goals and objectives. Chris also worked as the Director of Training + Education at McMenamins Pubs & Breweries, conducting evaluations and developing enterprise learning and development programs. As a Management Consultant at The Hospitality Project, Chris developed strategies for the human work experience, restaurant brand strategies, and operational execution. Chris also served as a General Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, leading its relocation and delivering superior financial results. Additionally, Chris held roles as an Adjunct Faculty at Chemeketa Community College and a Consultant at Hospitality & Tourism Planning & Development, where they developed and taught curriculum and conducted market research. In their earlier career, they were an Area Manager at Salvador Molly's, where they organized operations and developed innovative restaurant service strategies.

Chris Jaworski has a Master's degree in Tourism Administration - Sustainable Destination Management from The George Washington University. They also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Strategies for Sustainability from Stanford Online in 2023.
