R.maniwannan Ramachandram

R.Maniwannan Ramachandram has extensive work experience in various managerial roles, primarily focusing on quality assurance and operations. Since 2020, they have served as the Director of Quality - Asia at Cohu, Inc., where they oversee in-process quality, supplier quality, and customer quality across multiple sites. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Quality at Flex from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they worked as the Senior Manager World Wide Automotive Customer Quality Assurance at Philips Lumileds from 2015 to 2017. Their responsibilities included managing customer incidents and ensuring timely resolution across plants worldwide. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Section Head Operations at ON Semiconductor. Earlier in their career, they served as the Incoming Quality; End of Line IPQC Manager at Flextronics Shah Alam and as an Operations Manager at MEMScom Technology.

R.Maniwannan Ramachandram completed a Masters degree in Total Quality Management (TQM) at Golden State University from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a 2nd Upper degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from the same university, from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including VDA 6.3 LEAD AUDITOR from gbm in November 2016, and TS 16949 Lead Auditor from BSI Neville Clarke – A BSI Professional Services Company in November 2014.
