Marcin P. Pawlak

Marcin P. Pawlak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marcin P. started their career in 2004 as an Engineer in Supply Chain Quality Engineering for Ericsson, Intel, and Nokia Business Unit. Marcin P. then moved on to roles such as Site Supervisor for Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Performance Lead at Flex, where they built the site's supplier management backbone.

In 2006, Marcin founded Supply Chain Labs, a company focused on building relationships between the discrete manufacturing industry and academia in Poland. Marcin P. also worked as a Managing Partner at CloudWare Technologies, providing agile IT tools and services to industrial and infrastructure SMBs.

Marcin has held key positions in companies such as Flexvision, Benarx, Markem-Imaje, and PayComplete. At Flexvision, they served as Head of Global Operations and Senior Project Manager, contributing to the company's growth in the LED visualization solutions market.

Throughout their career, Marcin has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing, IT/IS, lean and agile practices, and project management. Marcin P. has successfully led turnaround projects, managed global supply chains, and implemented business solutions for various organizations. In their most recent role at PayComplete, they serve as the Deputy Executive Vice President responsible for global operations.

Marcin P. Pawlak completed a MicroMaster's Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a lifelong education journey using online education and real business cases with frugality in mind through Frugal Degree™ from 2014 to 2018. Marcin also attended Gdańsk University of Technology from 2001 to 2006, majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. Marcin P. obtained a High School Leaving Diploma (Matura) with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Advanced German Class from 10th Gdańsk High School between 1997 and 2001. In addition, Marcin has obtained additional certifications including International Organizations Management from Université de Genève through Coursera in 2015, Lean Manufacturing Green Belt from Flex in 2010, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Flex in 2006.
