Andrew Jurschak

Andrew Jurschak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew is currently working as a Chief of Staff at Coin Metrics since September 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they served as a Paramilitary Operations Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where they conducted covert action programs focused on counterterrorism and regional stability. Andrew also held leadership positions as Acting Chief of Base and Chief of Paramilitary Operations in an active war zone.

Before joining the CIA, Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2016. Andrew specialized in special operations and completed elite training, including the MARSOC Assessment and Selection and Individual Training Course. As a Marine Special Operations Team Commander, they led missions worth over $20 million in Tunisia and represented the Commanding General of U.S. forces.
