Hanna Tamrat

Hanna Tamrat is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in IT and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Coinbase since September 2018, Hanna has held multiple roles within the company, including Manager and Associate Manager of the IT Global Service Desk. Previous experience includes positions at Zendesk and Apple, where roles focused on global service desk operations and technical support. Hanna began a career in technology at Microsoft as a Product Advisor. Educationally, Hanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Relations and Affairs from San Francisco State University, completed in 2014.
