Li-Fan Yu

Li-Fan Yu is a Staff Software Engineer at Coinbase since June 2023, previously holding the same position at OpenSea from June 2022 to June 2023, focusing on Trust & Safety. Prior to that, Li-Fan served as a Senior Software Engineer and tech lead on user authentication at Robinhood from August 2019 to June 2022. Li-Fan gained experience at Yahoo from July 2016 to August 2019, leading projects in user authentication and authorization, including single sign-on (SSO) solutions. Additionally, Li-Fan contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant for iOS Development at Stanford University in late 2015 and worked as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica from July 2013 to June 2014. Li-Fan earned a Master’s degree in Music, Science, and Technology from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
