Kaustubh Agnihotri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kaustubh is currently serving as the Vice President of Products at CoinDCX since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Paytm from December 2021 to May 2022.

Before their role at Paytm, Kaustubh worked for Amazon from 2018 to 2021. Kaustubh first served as a Product Lead in Retail Pricing, where they focused on pricing strategy, building price perception roadmaps, and enhancing customer experiences. Later, they became a Product Leader for Worldwide Subscribe & Save. In this role, they led tech and data science products to determine pricing strategies and buyer experiences for millions of Amazon products sold globally.

Kaustubh also has experience in senior management and consulting roles. Kaustubh worked as a Senior Vendor Manager at Cloudtail India Private Limited, an Amazon venture, from 2017 to 2018, where they managed FMCG and personal care products' profit and loss. Prior to that, they were the Product Head for CX and Merchandise Planning at AJIO.com from 2015 to 2017.

During their earlier career, Kaustubh worked at eBay Inc and StubHub as a Product professional in 2014. Kaustubh also served as a Digital Product/Transformation Consultant at Capgemini Invent from 2012 to 2014, where they worked on digital product and platform journeys for retail companies across Europe.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Kaustubh gained experience as a Summer Associate at ITC Limited in 2011. Kaustubh started their career as a Product Apps Engineer at Oracle from 2008 to 2010.

Kaustubh Agnihotri completed their B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in the years 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a PGDM in Strategy & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2010 to 2012.
