Graham Jenkin

Graham Jenkin is the current CEO at CoinList. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at AngelList from March 2011 to August 2017. Before that, they worked as the User Experience Design Lead at Google from May 2006 to March 2011, where they led the Ads UX team designing products including Google Analytics, AdWords, AdSense, and DoubleClick properties. Graham also initiated and led the UX team on AdWords Interface redesign (AdWords 3). Furthermore, they led the Commerce UX team designing products including Google Wallet, Google Offers, Google Shopper, Shopping/Product Search. Some recognition they received during their time at Google include the OC (Operating Committee) Award: AdWords 3 in 2009 and Won Google New Business Competition - Google App Market also in 2009. Graham Jenkin also won the 2009 Google Great Manager Award. Prior to their work at Google, Jenkin worked at Bank of America from November 2001 to May 2006 as the SVP eCommerce Design & Research. During their time there, they led UX design and research team for bankofamerica.com – the world's most visited financial services web site. Graham also led the redesign of bankofamerica.com – 60 percentage point sales conversion rate increase. Furthermore, they led the design for Bank of America online banking with 20 million active users (world's largest online banking user base) and led bill pay redesign resulting in 80 percent customer delight and 30 percent increase in usage. Some recognition they received during their work at Bank of America include winning the People's Voice Winner at the 2006 Webby Awards and also being a Webby Award Winner that same year.
